We are heading back to Uganda! James Pauls (Chair), Sydney Pauls (Executive Director), Reegin Maki (Vice Chair), and Emma Maki (Media/Marketing) will be onsite in Uganda this November to love and minister to our staff and children as well as plan for the future of our ministry.
Whenever we arrive in Uganda, we are met with a plethora of previously unmentioned needs--from sick children and collapsing houses to a desperate widow or a water shortage. We want to be as prepared as possible to meet these needs upon arrival and that's where you come in! This is your opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus in a very tangible way.
Over the next three months we are focusing on raising and setting aside funds for the needs that will arise on this trip. As we seek to love and serve those we encounter, we want to be prepared with the funds needed to meet their needs. Our goal is $10,000. This will provide an emergency fund for the needs that arise as we minister to the people of Rakai. We also desire to provide a small gift of gratitude for our hardworking staff as well as a year end celebration for our graduates.
